Fellow wine makers, I've attached a few photos of my latest wine making effort. First shots are of the vineyard and close up of small blue grapes (ID unknown) in east TN. Then my washing station, crushing station, must in progress and operation of my own designed horizontal must press. Wine is progressing OK, but seems to be fermenting too slowly and carboys have white film over the wine. Any suggestions? Lee
