Hello,
I am a Lexus certified master mechanic, father of two boys ages 6 and 5, and I am currently a senior at my local university majoring in software engineering. While I don't have a lot of time to brew, i can usually find a few hours on Sunday mornings to squeeze in a 5 gallon batch, and let the yeast do the rest. I home-brewed a few batches about 10 years ago but were never really that good due mainly to inexperience, and me being in my early 20's and not being able to afford proper equipment. However, due to a lucky craigslist find, i'm back into homebrewing with proper equipment, and I am currently sipping on my first batch (a simple IPA that's OK) and have a ~55 IBU english style brown ale that I just put in the secondary. I hope to learn more about homebrewing, and I hope to see some of you guys soon.
