Hey, I am Chuck.

I have just started brewing this year and already have some really good elderberry wine bottled and being consumed. I will be honest, it does give a nice buzz when you taste test a few glasses.:tank: Nice thing about the recipe I followed is when it is bottled it is time to drink it. :)

I seem to be specalizing in elderberry. I have three more batches here in my office slowly making it to the bottle stage. Funny thing is, I had to start the three batches back when I gave my brother a taste test of what was brewing. Now thanks to him I have everyone in the family wantintg some. Seems nobody has made any elderberry wine in the family since my grandfather made wine. Seems he only made elderberry wine and he made it every year.

I guess I view brewing as microbiological chemistry with a little voodoo mixed in to the equasion. I decided to start brewing because my grand father and my father both brewed wine. I have also been thinking about doing this for years. Tried beer years ago and just couldn't get into it. Now that I have been playing with wine, and throwing out a LOT, I think I found my calling. Funny how something can tast when you make it yourself, knowing everything and all the time put into it.
