Ive never done a all grain recipe and have a few questions. I don't have a mash ton so could I soak the grains in my Brew pot for desired time, then remove and place the bag of grains over top of the kettle in a colander to sparge? Then after that go straight into brewing and adding hopps? Thanks in advanced
 
There's a brew in a bag process people use - I don't use that process so can't tell you how to do it, but if you google BIAB (brew in a bag) I'm sure you can find out how it works. Probably something very similar to what you're describing.
 
I have a 10 gal cooler with a false bottom.
