can i just put a tube through the bulkhead thats already in my coleman extreme cooler put a ss braid on the inside and use gravity to make or stop flow any help will be great.

Yes. I saw someone recently that just ran a tube through the existing bulk head. Not sure what diameter tube he used. It needs to be slightly larger than the hole so you get a good seal. And yes, you can gravity drain just fine with this setup. It's nice to have a valve of some sort though. You can go fancy or cheap. I used a cheap nylon valve, but you could put a ball valve on it if you want. Also, make sure your tube is long enough on the inside of the cooler so that it stays flat against the bottom to reduce dead space. I cut my tubing at an angle so that it can get more liquid out before sucking air and killing the siphon.
