I've been doing all grain for a while now I just got an igloo ice cube 60 quart cooler to do some big beers. I'd rather have only one set up though and just get rid of my 5 gal cooler. Anyone have any experience with this one I chose it as it's square not rectagular so I may still get a good grain bed there any one every use it?

I have the 48 quart Icecube that works fine for mini-mashes up to barleywines, but I use a huge grain bag and batch sparge. So, a shallow grain bed isn't a problem, as it might be if you use a manifold and fly sparge.
