mash tun question

I have been looking into getting away from my igloo cooler and going for a SS 15 gallon mash tun and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I'm on a really tight budget. I saw one on eBay for 319$ and it comes with a false bottom, 1/2" valve, brew zone thermometer, and it has a tri clad bottom. I was wondering if its any good? I plan purchasing a circulating pump as well and putting another bung near the top. Does this sound alright? Thank you in advance for any info.

Birdman Brewing has a fully assembled on for sale right now. With the false bottom its under $180. Doesn't have a thermometer but with the differnce in cost, you can buy and install a few thermometers.
