The mash tun is a converted 5 gallon Rubbermaid cooler. It includes a stainless steel ball valve and a dry fit, copper mash manifold that contributes to better efficiency and a clearer sparge.

The hot liquor tank is a converted 5 gallon Rubbermaid cooler. It has a stainless steel ball valve and is great for holding a consistent temperature of the sparge water. Included is an adjustable sparge assembly.
