Hello all! With the BIAB method, what is a suggested strike temp for my 10# grain bill (7G strike/5.5G into fermenter), and how long should I hold it there? Typical grain bill includes wheat and two row with a touch of Munich for color.

Also, I have been boiling 60 min, but since I am using two row malts, should I increase to 90 min boil?

Depends, you can do a single infusion or a step mash. 60min @ 152 will make for a fine beer but something like 15min @ 135, 40min @ 148, 20min @ 158 also works.
I wouldn't worry about a 90min boil. That's normally for Pilsner based beers and even then 60 min boils are normally still fine.

Thanks KeyWest. In this summer heat and humidity, I try to get the job done as quickly as possible but with premium results in mind. I typically do single infusion so I'll do 152F @ 60 min and stick with a 60 min boil. Thanks!
