With the popularity of margarita beers I was thinking about trying to brew one. I really dont want to pour artificial flavoring into the finished beer like I am sue the inbev guys do. Anyone have a good recipe? Maybe use agave syrup?

Go for it! Be creative! A friend and I will be brewing a mojito witbier sometime soon for summer. We decided just to brew the witbier and mess around with ingredient additions on the glass level so we don't f**k up a whole keg. Maybe start with a base beer that you think would do well with margarita flavors and just add to it in the glass to see how it would work.
