March Vs Chugger Pumps?

I was considering a center inlet Chugger pump but a current sale on a March HF inline pump has me considering it. I currently use a cheap 12v tan pump. Can anyone tell me which is a better choice? One louder than the other? Any other concerns I should consider? Buy spare replacement o-rings?
