Hi Everyone,
I started brewing about 2 years ago through a new club we have at San Jose State University. The Spartan Brew Crew introduced me to brewing, and I became addicted. I have now done about 7-10 batches making hef, dunkelweizen, German Alt Ale, a couple Pale Ale's, Blonde Ale, Red Ale, and my favorite thus far - a Double Chocolate Stout. I have been using the club's equipment and will soon be looking to buy my own stuff. I have all the basics, I only need a kettle, burner, and wort chiller.
Anyway, time to start wasting more time. (As if my Engineering major doesn't give me enough to do already). Oh well - mental health is important too.
