I need to get my hands on some of this. Anyone know how long it was available for?

ISO ECY farmhouse brett
FT cantillon iris glass

The blend or just the brett? I've got both. The blend is rinsed and not that fresh. Happy to send either or both when it's not so cold.

Just the brett is what I am after but I would not pass up the opportunity to try the blend as well.

Who am I kidding? I needed this stuff 2 weeks ago, not now. I am brewing something totally different in 3 weeks and then going MIA from brewing for awhile.

Ha, I know the feeling. I don't have enough of the brett to send it now and even if I did it would freeze on the way there. Weather looks like it might be ok to ship next week, at least here. Let me know if you want me to put some on the stir plate for you.

What is the story with ECY? It seems like they never have anything in stock. Do they just sell locally? Supply breweries? Is this just a side project? Trying to figure out their business model.

love2brew.com and Princeton homebrew shop handle sales. Pretty small operation I believe.

It's just one guy. He was doing it as a side project, but has left his full time job and is increasing production.

Al is a good guy. He runs the show at east coast. He is pretty much the only one, ha.
I think he is going into this full time so there should be a lot more coming out. He is out of NJ (close to me).

He does supply some breweries, I know at one time Kane was using their yeast for Single Fin. The best way to get their yeast is to follow Love2Brew on Facebook. They will post as soon as its goes on sale, then it is game on.

Anybody have any bugfarm or bug county that they're willing to part with? I came into possession of a used 15gal barrel that I'm trying not to store filled with citric for too long.
