Lost water

I brewed an extract IPA 2 weeks ago, started with 5 gallons of water, and used 7oz of pellet hops. I transfered it to my carboy where I am dry hopping with 2oz of leaf hops, but I only yielded 4 gallons??? I did not add water to top off to five gallons, what ways will this effect my beer?

It will be a little more flavourful than if you'd added the H20. I wouldn't worry. I'm sure all will be fine.

Yes, the flavors will be more concentrated than they'd otherwise be had you topped off, but you will get beer, and I'd presume very good beer all the same...
