Hey All,

New brewer from Los Angeles here. I grew up in Minneapolis so I was shocked when I moved out here and there was no local beer whatsoever. I figured I'd be better off making my own. Just brewed up my first batch of Elbro Nerkte today.


Seems like it will be tough to post something that no one has before, this place is like a library.

There are micros in LA, more than a few.

Start with Angel City and work your way out from there.

Eagle Rock Brewery as well. They we homebrewers and still have love for the hobbyists. I've even heard of them buying extra bulk grain so that homebrewers can purchase from them at bulk prices.
