I am returning to homebrewing after a long time making wine and I have a particular beer in mind I would like to mimic.
This is a Dortmunder Export style from Germany. Particularly I am looking for something as close to Heylands Edel Export (made in Aschaffenburg) as I can get. They told me they do not export to the US so I have to make my own.
Anyone have any experience with this beer?
