Anybody have a partial mash recipe for an IPA that favors floral and citrusy a la Double Mountain's Hop Lava or Laurlwood's Workhorse IPA?

I don't know the beers you mention, but it sounds like you'll want something with late hop additions (15 minutes and under), with some American C-hops -- Cascade being the preeminent American hop -- or possibly East Kent Goldings.
