I am looking for a document or flyer to explain Brew in a Bag for a Learn to Brew event my club is hosting soon. We are going to have people brewing extract, biab and 3 tier all grain and I want to have something to provide to people who lack knowledge of BIAB with the most information about the process and its advantages/disadvantages and where to find more information.

Does anyone know if such a document exists?

Or what information I should include in it?

I am open to anything to include, If it does not exist I would be more than happy to create one, just wanted to see if there is a basis to go off of before re-inventing the wheel.

Plus I only have my own knowledge of BIAB and may not be doing it the same as everyone else.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Sam

There is an excellent Sticky thread in the BIAB forum by @seven that beautifully illustrates the process. Starting out, I learned a great deal from this and other great pictorials. His process is solid.

There are other useful ones too but this thread has had the greatest readership in the forum by a massive margin. Hardly surprising given it's quality. I'm sure you could get all the info for a flyer there.

Here's another short walkthrough from Brewgeeks.

Yea I've been through the sticky thread many times and may end up using it and the other walkthroughs for a means for people to visually see the process if they come in between the time I am brewing BIAB.

I appreciate all the links @Gavin C.

I think the overall process is condensed enough to fit on the top of the flyer, though I am not sure of Advantages and Disadvantages to Extract or 3 Tier All Grain?
