Hi, friends!
I have a friend that has made hard cider from his personal apple trees for a few years. We want to work together and create a Cider Pale ale. I am looking for help on how to go about doing that? We want to try to use his cider or apples in a pale ale, but we have not done it before.
Has anyone created something like this before?
