I've tried many yeasts wine, notty, pacman, #3787. I really enjoy the Nottingham Good luck hope that helps

If you like a carbonated beverage add a calculated amount of priming sugar and bottle in beer bottles, but the easiest thing to do is just ferment out and then bottle in whatever.
