Does anyone have a tested recioe for using cornmeal and surgar only with alcotec 48hr turbo yeast all i can find for that yeast is a surgar wash it would be very appreciated

Cornmeal won’t convert without added enzymes or some malted grain. Those turbo yeasts are terrible — they make everything taste awful.

I've never used it, but I thought you're supposed to mix something (concentrated fruit juices) with the end product of the turbo yeasts?

They just come with an obscene quantity of nutrients (DAP and other stuff) which irretrievably flavor the mash/wash. It’s meant to power through a straight 20% sugar wash, so you can imagine the kind of flavors that will produce.
