Hey guys,

Planning on some 12-pack homebrew variety packs as Christmas gifts this year. I want two or three bottles of something that should be aged for a year or more, something that next year I can remind everyone to dig out of the closet and try. Does anyone have any recommendations for this?

Thanks.

all great recommendations above that should give you options. I think you're running up against the clock on this since big beers generally take some time before they are ready to bottle, I'd suggest pulling a recipe together and get cracking on it ASAP. Do pay attention to things like yeast pitching rates and aeration requirements for high gravity beers, plenty of info around these forums on the subjects.
