Just got my 15 gallon kettle and all the fixings, and I am going to my LHBS tomorrow or the next day. Looking for a good BIAB recipe! I know all BIAB are all grain, so what are some of the easier beers that are harder to mess up? I'm planning on doing a nutty brown with coconut in the mash. What are some other beer?

You could always do a SMASH beer (single malt and single hop). That will make it easier.

Or you could what I did and jump right in with both feet by doing a 16 lb grain bill for my first AG/BIAB. Turned out great, so no regrets.
