Just finished my brew stand. I have a new boil kettle on the way and plans to add a pump. Can’t wait to test it out.

What is going on here?
I don't mean this to sound ride, I'm new to Brewing, but my understanding would be when racking you need gravity to help with the siphoning?
At least for my 6.5 gallon primary to racking buckets. I have one on my kitchen island, one on a chair and bottles go on the ground.

Also, looks great. I want me one of those.

Yep. Multi-level helps with transfers. My version is island-to- chair as well.

My wife hates the kitchen takeover that happens for hours at a time when Brewing and bottling, etc...

This setup would be good once I get a better place.

My only suggestion is that you get a burner on the top tier. Without it you're going to heat on the bottom and lift a heavy kettle of hot water to the top tier. That's a trip to the hospital waiting to happen.
