Hi! What kind of beer styles do you like the most?

Well I brew them all indeed, but I think my fave to brew is a Cream Ale... It is a great system calibration beer. Very delicate, like a lager, a tad hard to get perfect. When it comes out perfect with no off flavors, you done good!
