Long time listener...

As the title teases I am a long time forum lurker and first time poster.

Ive been brewing for about 5 years. All the good details are in my member profile. I'm in the middle of an upgrade to an all electric eBrew setup in my basement.

Looking forward to upping my brew game. The bitchin cold Michigan winters hadnt kept me from brewing with propane outdoors, but now I will be all set up in my basement.

I recently had the opportunity to brew with another HBT member, dmarc85, who has a killer electric brew rig set up. I really enjoyed that brew session and was jealous of the CONTROL over the heat output! It was so responsive compared to the propane that I use ( ;
