Here is a recipe for the Blonde Ale that should get you pretty close.
Chicago Blonde - 5 Gallon batch size
OG = 11 plato
FG = 2.5 plato
Mash temp is 158 for 60 minutes
IBU's = 20
Boil time = 90 minutes
Grain
2-row = 7-8#
Munich = 1-1.5#
For malt extract you will have to find a conversion from grain to malt syrup or dried malt extract. Use the lightest color extract you can get to replace the 2-row.
Hops -------- Boil time ----- amount
Cascade 70 minutes = 1/2 -3/4 oz
Willamette 20 minutes = 1/3 -1/2 oz
Cascade 0 minutes = 1/2 -3/4 oz
