Little to no activity in secondary...

I was trying a new recipe (https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/hop-juice-imperial-ipa-24919/). Being relatively new this was my first dry extract as well as partial grain recipe. After what I thought were some rocky points in the boil things ended up looking OK.

Moved to the primary and added the yeast. Initial readings were about 1.065 and probably 82 degress (picked up a thermometer since then but didn't have one for post boil at the time). No activity after three days so I cracked the lid and resealed. Things then took off.

So, eight days later things were still going strong and I had to leave town. Five days later things had died down so I moved to the secondary. Reading before moving was 1.012 at room temperature (around 74 degrees). Dry hopped and sealed things up.

It has now been about five days and I was expecting at least a little airlock activity but there is none. The hops have broken up and have a nice layer on the top. There is a reasonable yeast layer on the bottom. Just no bubbling at this point.

I have not run into this issue in the past and in searching it is a little mind-boggling to look through all the posts to try and find a similar situation in particular.

If it matters, I will be kegging.

Any ideas?

Rarely do I get much bubbling going on in the airlock on a secondary. Usually right after transfer there is some bubbling, but this is just residual co2 coming out of the beer. After is settles down, I don't ever see much going on. Sounds like a normal ferment to me. Just relax and keg it up when the time comes.
 
You shouldn't have activity in the secondary unless you are adding fermentable sugars such as fruit or honey.

In fact I believe the terms "primary" and "secondary" fermentation are usually misleading and probably ought to be dropped.
 
Your beer was finished before you moved it :) It will just clear and age in secondary now.

Might be time to bottle or keg if it's been dry hopped for 5 days already.
 
There's nothing for the yeast to eat so they won't be making any CO2.
 
Everything should be fine. I never get any activity when I secondary, unless I move it over too early.
 
It's been a total of 19 days,so that's not too long. I'd let it dry hop for a total of 7 days. Then keg it if it's cleared nicely.
