In addition to brewing and drinking beer, I also like the occasional glass of scotch, rum, vodka, and the like. I've got a pretty sizeable collection, and have been instructed by a certain female member of the house that its time to clean up my act - and the counter/cupboard. We've seen some nice units at home decor stores, but they run $500 plus. So I figure I can build one. I'm looking for plans and ideas for the cabinet type that stores the liquor in the swing out doors, and has a large wine shelf and glass shelves inside, with a swing out top for mixing and serving. Anybody built one? Pictures? Plans?
