I have a Matheson one-stage, two-guage regulator on my 20 lb tank of CO2. The tank pressure reads between 600 and 750 psi. When I pressurize a Cornelius tank with this, the outlet pressure cannot be set to greater than about 10 psi. The outlet pressure guage dial has a range of 0-30 psi. The regulator may be a little out of calibration, but I don't think it is very far off.

UPDATE: In the last several hours the regulator has completely stopped working. It currently will not produce ANY outlet pressure. It is obviously a problem with the regulator. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this and how to fix it? This was at one time a high-quality regulator.
