No one said anything i read about not using aluminum when making a lemonade clone. Made some limeade, and it completely stripped the aluminum oxide off my kettle and left it admitedly brand new clean.

But, my brew turned a darker color and I'm a tad concerned about the amount of aluminum now in it/the taste. Should this affect it to a highly noticeable degree?
 
I would not drink that. I don't think ingesting Al is a good idea. It is your brain though. Acid and Al are not friends, as you found out.
