Just cleaning out my garden, and found i have some lemon balm in there. Cant remember why i put it in there,but whatever. I sometimes like a lemon taste in a beer, so if I dried the leaves, could i use it in the boil, or would dry hopping be a better idea.

And any ideas for a recipe would be appreciated also.

Maybe make a lemon balm extract and add that to one gallon of water untill you find the ratio you like.
I am sure that the lemon balm is strong enough to add flavor at any time in the process.
