We live in Michigan and at least annually make the trek to Traverse City Michigan. The wineries have awesome wine tasting, the craft beer market in the area has exploded and the food is always amazing at a variety of places.
The last two years we have stopped in at a winery, Left Foot Charlie and sampled not only their wines but their cider selections. They have been putting out an amazing cider called, Cinnamon Girl. Nicely balanced sweet cider with just enough of a cinnamon flavor to make it interesting. Recently we actually found they are bottling and distributing it.
Wondering if anyone else has tried this amazing cider or if anyone has any cider recipes that leave just enough cinnamon flavor without making it too overpowering.
