Am I ok to measure my water out into my stainless hot liquor tank the night before I brew?
Then I can just get up and go in the morning.
Any reasons I should not do this?

Thanks

You should be fine... I'd cover it of course to keep dust and stuff out. Some people recommend letting water sit overnight, especially if it's tap water, as this allows chlorine to escape.

I do this intentionally, adding part of a campden tablet to the water. Given that I brew outdoors, I put the lid on to keep out leaves and critters.

And prior to that, I typically hook up tubing and pump and run some starsan through the whole system and leave that in place overnight as well (excluding the MLT, holding the water).
