I apologize in advance for choosing this particualr forum. I could nto decide where it best belonged so 'Equipment' seemed to be the best fit.

That beign said, I'd love one of these built into my fridge door isntead of the stupid water spigot.

This is one of those gadgets where I tend to think, "Even if I were Bill Gates, I'd still consider that a waste of money."

I'm not much of a cocktail drinker, but mixing them is half the fun, isn't it?

(I do like bourbon and tequila, but I prefer them a capella, so to speak.)

*shrug* I've never found mixing most drinks to be 'fun'. If anything mixing drinks at a party can be the source of the problems the next day--- drunk bartenders tend to pour differently than sober ones.

That's nothin. This is our senoir project: Automated Bartender. Makes over 60 known drinks from 8 ingredients. Touchscreen display and software written in C++. Oh, and did I mention it's a bar?

We did some research and found that it (or the concept) could not replace bartenders because the bar is a place for socialization, often, with the bartender him/herself.
Nonetheless, you can have a good party when all you have to do is push the "Fuzzy Navel" button and stick your head under the faucet. THOSE pictures are not displayed to protect the guilty. :)

BTW i'm on the far right.
