Hi,
My freezer (converted into a fermentation fridge) will only hold one fermenting bucket. I'm not real happy about waiting some months before I can brew another batch (I have a strong porter in primary now; probably won't drink it for at least three months, to let it mellow a bit).
I'm thinking about getting a larger freezer, but I have a question about having more than one bucket in there at a time.
Assuming that all buckets/bottles are supposed to be kept within the same temperature range, is is safe to attach the temperature probe of the STC-1000 to any one of them, and the heating belt to any one of the buckets, and assume that all the other liquid will keep to approximately the same temperature?
Thanks!
Mark
