Large Flip top gaskets

I have a three liter swing top bottle. IT used to contain double bastard. It is a very nice bottle and even has a chain across the front with a small pad lock on it, to keep me from being too impatient. The problem is that the gasket on top is old and somewhat cracked. I have only been able to find the standard sized replacement gaskets; this one is much wider and thicker. I've spent a while online looking, and also checked with my LHBS here in Portland Oregon. I guess Icould make my own if I got hold of some of the raw material, but have had no lock tracking that down either. Any thoughts guys?
