Large Colander/Strainer

Hello,

I am looking to move from partial boil to full boil plus have the capacity to do a 10 gallon batch. I am looking at a Thunder Group 50 qt. aluminum pot and lid but wonder what everyone uses for a mesh strainer to rest the partial mash grains in to drain? I have one that will fit my smaller pot but not sure where to find a much larger one. Thanks!

Hi hyperslug. I just picked up one of these at the local Walmart yesterday; http://www.walmart.com/ip/Cook-Pro-...the-Sink-Colander-with-Cutting-Board/17492622. The version I got was without the cutting board, and was about $14. I haven't tried it out yet, but it seems very sturdy, and only extends a few inches into the pot, so it should stay above the wort level. I use a 40 qt aluminum pot.
