Ok,
I originally thought I would be brewing lagers and pils which I enjoy, but then learned of the cooler temps they deal with. Ok, I get you have to ferment cold, and then secondary cold AND I am guessing they need to bottle cold too? I have a small fridget that could do the first two of the three....
Any advice?
Then I am coming to my first bottling day. I have a ready to bottle wheat in the carboy and a newly brewed (1 week) Hefe in the primary.
To show my wife that I don't need another carboy ($$$$) can I rack out of the secondary after I set up a siphon?
That would rock.
I have all of the other equipment and need some help.
Thanks,
SMC
