I'm planning on racking a Lager (OG 1.052) to a keg this weekend and Lagering it for 4 week. I have only had the beer in primary fermentation for 14 days @ 48-50. I have ramped up the temp to 63 over the last 3 days. I haven't check the gravity, but I think it has a little ways to go down to FG. I see an air lock bubble every 60-90 seconds.

The question is. If the beer isn't down to around FG should I wait to lager it or just throw it in the keg and lager it. Assuming the beer will finish over the lagering 4 weeks.
Thanks

You want your beer to be done fermenting before you lager. Also, if you haven't checked the gravity, how do you know that it isn't at FG? Airlock bubbles don't mean that it's fermenting. It might just mean that your beer has recently warmed up.
