What is a good intermediate brewing kit that is decently priced. Not too expensive

I assume you mean an ingredient kit? Not an equipment kit? If so just check out northern brewers extract kit selection, they are all pretty basic and they will be clearly marked as to what skill level they are best for.

Austin home brew gas a bunch too. Haven't made many recently but when I started that's where I ordered from. Lots of "clones" of commercial beer there too.
