Could I just use this pre-fabbed manifold for a 3 burner propane brewstand? -

http://kingkooker.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=336

here's another - http://www.bayouclassicdepot.com/614a-triple-burner-propane-manifold.htm

I am going to user either the bayou classic BG10 or BG12 burners -

http://www.bayouclassicstore.com/Replacement_parts/BG12.html

I'd need to run some sort of hose to the burners since it's not as wide as a typical brewstand.

Any reason that wouldn't work or is a bad idea?

The manifolds may be designed for low pressure cookers..might leak if your planning to run at 10 p.s.i.. those are both 10 p.s.i burners..
