of Beer! :rockin: today. I brewed it on Jan 18, sat in primary for three weeks, then dry hopped in the keg. After two weeks of carbing, it was delicious. It was a little on the sweet side, finished high, but it was still a good IPA hoppy flavor, but not as bitter as I wanted. The next IPA, same recipe, will be ready next weekend, just finished dry hopping and its been carbing for a week.

I kicked a keg of soda last week and I kegged sugar water last weekend after I pitched the soda extract into a keg full of star san. I added the extract tonight, so that should be ready after the keg settles down from me shaking it.

I'm enjoying a beer with my neighbor now, he's enjoying my porter and I'm enjoying a New Belgium IPA that I was given for my birthday :mug:

I'm definitely enjoying the addiction :cross:

Well congratulations!!

I thought you were going to say that you kicked your first keg and broke your first toe

Why on earth would you kick a poor defenseless keg? you bully ! stop doing that !

LOL congrats and welcome !

Cheers :mug:
