Kettle TC Specs

Thinking about ordering a 15 gal brew kettle from Spike. Need ports for valve, temp sensor, and heating element. I want to use tri-clamp fittings. Can I spec all the ports as 1.5" TC?

You can but TC is overkill for drain and probe ports.

So, 1/2" NPT should be fine except for element?

Here is where I landed. Front ports for recirculation, whirlpool, and temp probe. Rear port for element. I still have to punch the lid myself. Spike replied that they cannot do that right now. Am I forgetting anything critical?
