Keggle Making

So i have ground off the top. Now what?

I am looking to start drilling the holes tomorrow, if I can get to a place to get the right sized drill bits, that is. I may be off on Friday and will try to get some welding done then.

I am thinking a SS nipple with threads on both sides for the bottom of the keg. What other holes should I make, temp probe and site glass? Is there a one stop shopping location for all these parts? Is it mail order only or should a supply location in a big city have something like this?

What about sanitary welding, what do I need to know about that when talking to prospective welders?
