Sabco. Built like a tank w/bullet proof support. Hinges are welded to bottom side. Top side is smooth and obstruction free. It's a quality product with a proven track record. A little pricey, but well worth the extra expense IMO. I don't have experience with other full width keg type FB's, so I can't give you any feedback on those.

how tall does the sabco sit up off the keggle floor, I would presume you need your dip tube to pickup UNDER that sabco false bottom, or do you drill your down dip tube hole?

IIRC, as measured from the bottom center of the concave keg bottom, it's about 1-1/2". The volume below the FB is very close to one gallon. Yes, a dip tube works best with a side outlet just above the lower weld line. The other option would be a bottom drain I suppose, but I was never fond of that design. The center dip tube works just fine. I will say that I prefer my Polarwere kettle w/full FB over the converted keg, but not because of the need for a dip tube on the keg. I just don't like the very heavy and cumbersome converted kegs. I have one and I use it, but I would rather have another Polarware kettle. The Polarware has the side outlet port below it's FB, so no dip tube is required. The volume below the 10 gal Polarware FB is also very close to one gallon.

Just like everything else in the hobby, you'll get varying opinions. The bottom drain would be ideal because you can still drain after you lose siphon. If you're direct firing, you'd want to keep the flame off the tubing with a shield or burner modification.

I don't lose the siphon when I drain through the dip tube. It's one of them non-problems for me.
