Ok, keep the laughter to a minimum fellas
I converted my first keg into a keggle over the weekend. I brewed with it on sunday and came to find that I have installed the thermometer entirely too high. It's not really just a little too high. It is just way, way, way too high. I'm not sure what I was thinking or if I was thinking at all (perhaps I should consider pouring the first home brews AFTER the general use of power tools).
Anyways, I'm looking to plug this misplaced hole and install the thermometer a bit lower (when I say a bit I really mean substantially).
My question is this. Can I find appropriate food grade quality seals and bulkhead/plug combinations at a local hardware or big box store or am I destined to place another order to bargain fittings to fix my temporary lapse of intelligence (aka stupidity)?
Thanks for the help fellas!
