I just started kegging beer , And noticed the avb was slightly lower , Is it because I always used priming sugar ? And should I add just “a little “ more yeast during fermentation
 
Yes, priming sugar increases ABV slightly.

Adding a little more yeast during fermentation isn't likely to affect your ABV at all.

But if you actually "noticed" a higher ABV with typical amounts of priming sugar, you must be a super taster for ethanol.
