The gas in pin lock lets all the gas out of the keg. When I am pressurizing the keg, I can hear gas going in the keg, and hissing out into the room.:(

The keg, with no pin lock attached does not leak. No bubbles at all.

When I attach the "gas in" pin lock, it hisses as the pressure in the tank escapes into the room.

A different gas line, which does not leak on a different keg, also hisses and lets the keg pressure out when attached to the first keg.

Try wrapping some tape or something around the pins.

I'd guess the slot in the disconnect is too deep/wide.

My reading comprehension sucked the first time around and missed this.

Yeah, sounds like O-ring like others have said.

I will get in touch with kegconnection tonight, I can't from my work email.

Should I just buy one somewhere?

I have a similar leak problem with pin lock kegs that I also picked up from keg connection. If I twist either gas or bev disconnect the leaks come on strong. What did you find to be the problem with your system? I replaced all of the o-rings with new ones from keg connection. no dice on stopping the leak though.

The o rings they send along with their kegging kits are too small for pin locks. Nothing should leak when you wiggle the post. The green ones from williams brewing work good, or size some up at a hardware store. Suppose someone should let kegconnection know whats up with their o rings if they don't know already. I lost a couple tanks of gas and a keg of beer before my dumb ass figured it out. Guess i just assumed that the o rings they provided so kindly were the correct ones.

Thanks Veedo. any idea what size those o-rings are? I'm wondering if those might be available at a local Hardware store.
