my girlfriend and i recently moved in together. she owns a danby kegorator sanke coupler. it only has one tap. we want to switch it out for a 2 tap system. i looked at it and looks like the chamber on top will support 2 lines but the co2 line that comes in from the back is sealed tight. (co2 tank mounted on the back with the regulator)

is there a way to split the co2 line and use the one regulator to work on 2 pin lock corny kegs?

if that's not a option ill have to get a duel regulator and do that. so then the question comes in that if i set it up that the regulator is in the compartment with the kegs will the temp affect the regulators?
ill have to replace the hose from the tank to the inside. .... i just wondering what way will be best.

thanks for any help and sujestions

All you need to do is cut the line inside the fridge, put a simple 'T' on and attach two more lines and hose clamp the whole thing (3 hose clamps). They make the 'T's in plastic and metal, I purchased a few online but you might be able to find them locally.

downside: both beers will be at the same pressure

The temperature range you are talking about will have no effect on the regulator.

Cheers,

thanks hopsalot.. i was hoping i could do that.. one beer will always be an ipa the other will more than likely be a Belgian of some kind

The problem I was running into was wanting to have one keg at serving temp and force carbonating, so I was always moving ball locks and turning gas pressure up and down, but it is a lot cheaper than buying some inline regulators.
